Coventry City Council appointed Interclass to refurbish Swanswell Extended Learning Centre. The project comprised the renovation of the centre to create new science laboratories and revamped teaching space.
Our original programme of works included soft strip demolition, new partitions, 1st fix M&E, plastering, ceiling repairs and decoration throughout. Additional works have arisen during the construction period however Interclass have worked collaboratively with the Client and IDP Architects to ensure the original completion date is still met.
The project is set to handover in August 2022 ahead of the new academic year.
