We recognise that there is a skills gap within our sector and as a socially responsible contractor we continue to invest in recruiting and developing the next generation, supporting them with on-the-job training whilst helping them work towards professional qualifications. “The University of Wolverhampton has been working with Interclass for several years in supporting the development of its workforce onto apprenticeship programmes. They are engaged in our construction industry sector group, and as they have Chartered Surveyors in practice, they are able to meet the standards set by the industry and this has helped their construction sector employees who are training in these fields.”
