About Us

Building lasting relationships for continued success

Celebrating our 50th year in business, Interclass is a family-owned, Midlands based, UK construction business. We’re on a mission to transform the built environment by designing, building and maintaining the buildings that impact our lives daily. We provide new build, design and build, extension and refurbishment services to both public and private sectors across 3 divisions:

Construction

We deliver new build, design and build, extension and refurbishment projects up to £15 million and for a wide range of customers - many of whom have worked with Interclass from the very beginning. Our project experience includes schools and community buildings to hospitals, offices and housing developments.

Surfacing

We are a specialist surfacing contractor providing asphalt and macadam surfacing solutions across all sectors. Our project experience includes new car parks, roads, playgrounds and tennis courts.

Civil Engineering

We also have an in-house civil engineering team who specialise in the delivery of reinforced concrete structures, machine foundations, piling, press pits and structural design services for projects up to £3 million.
