New Centre of Excellence facility
Interclass was appointed by manufacturing company, Citizen Machinery UK Limited to deliver their new Centre of Excellence on the Hurst Business Park in Brierley Hill.
The new state-of-the-art facility consisted of a 680m² showroom and technical centre to showcase the company’s latest technology and 980m² of additional office space and conference areas. As well as the extra floorspace, the new extension also included a 16-tonne capacity internal crane to transform the facility to suit a machine tool business.
The 28 week build programme included extensive groundworks to stabilise redundant mineshafts that are a common feature of the area.
