Interclass were employed as Principal Contractor to design and construct two industrial units on behalf of Dreadnought Developments Ltd. The industrial units covered a combined ground floor area of 1627m2, excluding extensive external and landscaping works.
The design is both robust and flexible, allowing multiple uses for the buildings, which are steel frame construction with metsec curtain walling and skylights. Both units pedestrian access doors and remote-control roller shutters.
