Gladstone Street Housing Development
Sandwell Council appointed Interclass to construct five bungalows on a site previously occupied by local housing offices.
The two-bedroom bungalows help meet the continuing demand for affordable rented properties whilst providing tenants with easier to manage accommodation, at all one level.
The project was part of the council’s New Build Development Programme which saw the council boost its housing stock by building on existing council owned land.
As part of the project, Interclass liaised with Sandwell College and provided work placements for painting and decorating students.
