Interclass was appointed by Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to carry out a new-build extension to provide much-needed additional inpatient accommodation in the form of six new en-suite bedrooms.
The project also involved the refurbishment of 12 bedrooms within the existing facility, as well as a programme of external works, enhancing the gardens and outdoor space for patients.
All works were carried out sensitively with careful sequencing to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the staff and patients who have remained at Milford House for the duration of the project.
