In 2023, Interclass was appointed as the principal contractor for the construction of a new, integrated mixed-use facility combining modern office space with manufacturing and warehouse operations.
The main construction scope included:
- Ground-bearing concrete slab
- Structural steel frame erection
- Masonry and external cladding systems (walls and roof)
- Mezzanine floor structure
- Mechanical & Electrical installations throughout
- Internal partitions and architectural finishes
- Installation of staircases, floor finishes, and internal doors
External works associated with the project included:
- Formation of service yards and loading bays
- Permeable paving or tarmacadam car parking
- Drainage and attenuation systems
- Soft landscaping and boundary treatments
- External lighting and security infrastructure.
