Interclass has successfully completed the £2.4 million refurbishment of the existing engineering building at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College, delivering upgraded facilities to support hands-on learning in motor vehicle and electrical engineering.
The project involved the demolition of a section of the building’s northern elevation, alongside the replacement of doors, windows, and all associated mechanical and electrical services. External works included the creation of new parking spaces and service areas to support the building’s increased capacity and functionality.
Completed in December 2024, the scheme has significantly improved the college’s vocational training environment, aligning with modern educational standards and providing students with a high-quality, industry-relevant learning experience.
