Interclass achieves excellent 42/45 CCS score

Our project at Harplands Hospital achieved an excellent Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) score of 42/45 on its first visit – the highest ever score for Interclass.

Scoring ‘Excellent’ in all areas, and the maximum 15/15 points in the ‘Value their Workforce’ category is a testament to our team’s commitment to delivering a lasting and positive impact.

“This is a tremendous effort by our site team to achieve our highest ever CCS score as a company. We take our commitment to the scheme very seriously and to receive this recognition is a fantastic reward for our Project Manager, Steve Budding and his team”

Des O’Neill, managing director of Interclass Plc

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a not-for-profit, independent organisation founded to raise standards in the construction industry. Construction sites, companies and suppliers voluntarily register with the Scheme and agree to abide by the Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

The Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice has three areas: Respect the Community, Care for the Environment and Value their Workforce.
