Interclass, who was appointed by repeat client Dudley Council, have completed the refurbishment works at Stourbridge Crematorium on time.
The works saw the cremators at the South Road site replaced and a small extension to the crematory was built on the side to accommodate the new cremators. As part of the improvement works, the seating capacity within the chapel also increased, with a new canopy built at the front.
Much of the work was undertaken in phases to accommodate the building still being operational and we worked very closely with the staff to minimise disruption during the project.
