Wednesbury Health Centre achieves 40/45 CCS score

Our project at Wednesbury Health Centre achieved an impressive Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) score of 40/45 on its second visit – an increase of two points from the first audit.

Scoring ‘Excellent’ in all areas, and 14/15 points in the ‘Respect the Community’ category, the auditor was particularly impressed with the improvements made since the first visit and recent efforts to engage with local schools and colleges.

This latest score is a testament to our team’s commitment to building relationships with local stakeholders and is a fantastic achievement for the project team.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a not-for-profit, independent organisation founded to raise standards in the construction industry. Construction sites, companies and suppliers voluntarily register with the Scheme and agree to abide by the Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

The Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice has three areas: Respect the Community, Care for the Environment and Value their Workforce.
